Database Searches - No Records Found

If your search finds no results and you believe the record should appear in the Limited Access DMF, try running the search again and entering fewer search parameters.

My Profile

Personal Information contains information about you, including your password. Use My Profile to change your password.
Orders History contains information about the orders you have placed.
Email Notification Preferences section allows you to subscribe or unsubscribe to email mailing lists, such as database update notifications..

My Account

The My Account section is available to account administrators and provides details about your NTIS account. You will use My Account to manage the users on your account and track the account usage.

Perform a Batch Query

Perform a Batch Query allows you to upload text files containing a list of Social Security Numbers for the system to check. The program will check that list and generate an email with the results of the check - which numbers do appear in the Limited Access DMF and which do not. If you have the "Automated Batch Query" subscription type, you will also be able to schedule periodic automatic checks.
